Exposure Core

The CHAPS Exposure Core works to collect PAH (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon) and black carbon air pollution data and estimate air pollution exposures sophisticated data analysis and modeling.

1. Characterize historical air quality in the SJV
2. Collect PAH and black carbon data at existing Fresno air monitoring stations
3. Conduct saturation sampling campaigns
4. Develop spatiotemporal models to predict pollution levels at a specific space and time
